CITY UPDATE - 0.5.2


THE CITY

Now the first act of the game the city will have all new art (made by the amazing DonVeech)! It's still missing some polish, some decoration, but we are trying to see the art in movement and go from there.



You will also notice that both the slime and the Mushroom have been re designed.

We are still developing the art, but we could not wait to put inside the project, we will try to improve it bit bit in every update. Lot of cool stuff coming. 

Gameplay changes

Some people complained about the amount of information on screen at all times, now we will hide some UI info (like the pothole hide radius) to only show up if the player is close to it or the mouse is over it.

All battles in the city region have been changed a bit, both to fit the new aesthetic and to make them more fun.

The slime radius of attack is now smaller.

Some people complained that The Ghost Circle Anomaly fight was too hard, so I it was slightly changed to be easier (less ghosts, and the skeleton in the middle has smaller range).

Some players found some easy infinity combos with the Humble Trait, now it will only reduce mana cost of cards that cost more than 1 mana, It won't generate 0 mana cards.

A lot of small tweaks in cards and other traits.

All game has been fully localized to Portuguese (except for the Barbarian character), including cards, traits, tooltip infos, enemie traits, etc.

Bug Fixes

A lot, trust me.

Since I focused on bug fixing and implementing the new art this past week, I didn't get to do the stuff proposed last week,  so I'm keeping the part of the list that was still in development

  • More Cards/Traits
  • More tuning
  • Random Events
  • More of the new art (more props, VFX, and creatures)
